The toxicology tests were released this week, and the Houston Chronicle reported on the results Thursday night on its Web site. Navaira was arrested in September of 2000 for driving while intoxicated. Navaira was behind the wheel of his tour bus March 23 when it slammed into the freeway barrels, throwing him through the windshield. Doctors had to perform two brain surgeries and repaired a potentially fatal aneurysm on Navaira's right lung. Read more
